Bam Khatoon Women's Football Club, formerly known as Shahrdari Bam, is a professional women's football club based in Bam, Kerman Province. Competing at the highest level of Iranian women's football, the club has developed into the most successful team in the history of the national women's league.
With 12 Iranian league championships, Bam Khatoon has built its identity around consistency, resilience and a culture of winning. Its story, however, extends beyond domestic titles: the club has repeatedly opened new doors for Iranian women's club football through professional licensing and continental competition.
Bam Khatoon became the first Iranian women's football club to receive an AFC Club Licence and the first and only Iranian women's club to qualify for the AFC Women's Champions League, establishing a new benchmark for the women's game in Iran.

The club traces its foundation to 1980 in Bam, Kerman Province. Over the decades, the team developed into one of the central institutions of women's football in the city and later into the dominant force of Iran's national women's league.
In May 2021, the club announced that it would take over Shahrdari Bam and continue under the name Bam Khatoon F.C., following an agreement with the Municipality of Bam. The new identity carried the club's sporting legacy forward while creating a more independent and professional platform for its future.
Bam Khatoon staged one of the landmark celebrations in Iranian women's sport when approximately 15,000 spectators gathered in Bam for the club's championship celebration. The occasion reflected the exceptional bond between the team, the city and its supporters.
Bam Khatoon became the first women's football club in Iran to be granted an AFC Club Licence, receiving the licence in 2023, 2024 and 2025. That professional milestone was followed by historic participation in the AFC Women's Champions League and a place among Asia's leading women's clubs.
